RETURNS
Our policy is 30 days for returns from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please refer to our policies. Please note that shipping for returning items is to be covered by the purchaser.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 7 days. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late, Lost or Missing Returns (if applicable)
We recommend shipping any returning items with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returning items. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
The purchaser is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
